We are now offering our services ranging from standard re-mapping up to race/rally spec full conversions. For standard mapping requests, we use and highly recommend Superchips. They are the market leaders and have been long established in the UK. Gone are the days when a new chip is soldered into the ECU, Superchips now lead the way with High Tech direct Re-mapping, with no evidence of the work carried out.
We currently have 4 cars in our fleet that are being being constantly improved, this allows us to offer you a wider scope for improvement on the market leading range of BMW Engines. We currently have:
d1 - 220bhp BMW 120d Sport, capable of 150mph.
d2 - 220bhp E90 320d M Sport capable of 0-60 in 6.3 seconds and 155mph top end.
d3 E90 - 320bhp 750Nm E90 BMW 330d M Sport. 0-60 in 5.63 and 172mph top speed. (All quoted top speeds are GPS Verified).
d5 - 360bhp 900Nm 535d M Sport. 1/4 mile in 13.3 Secs @ 109mph...
Back in 2004 when we first wanted to tune our E46 330d Sport, we approached the majority of UK tuners, but we where only offered 'off the shelf' ECU re-maps, or barbaric tuning boxes, we wanted something more... We needed bespoke work as nobody has taken BMW Diesel Tuning to this level in the UK. Our search lead us to Western Europe and what we found was very exciting.
After many months sourcing parts and having bespoke manufacturing work carried out for the intercooler, turbo, injectors etc, we where left with the very first d3 with 304bhp and 700Nm of torque. We ran this car from new for 18 months and covered over 30,000 miles including 2 Gumball Rally's without a single component failure, it was from this outstanding BMW Engine that we where able to extract 50% more power without changing any extensive internal work. Our original d3 is now with its new owner and although we slightly de-tuned it @275bhp, it has now passed the 60,000 mile mark and is still going strong.
Our abilities do not stop with the BMW Diesel Engine, with BMW Technical experience learned from BMW GB, nothing is impossible in the world of antandpete.
